“When I was dead, really at the valley of the shadow of death, the Lord God saw me, was merciful at me” says the resident of Barbacena, Minas Gerais, Hozana de Nazareth A Dias Bernardi, 50. “In 2009, I had terrible pains due to a cancer of seven centimeters, which got ninety-nine percent of my body. My mouth was full of surgical procedures, exact four hundred stitches because of the surgery. I couldn`t eat, so I sought God to nourish me with His Spirit because I couldn`t eat anymore.

I was totally dead; sentenced by the medical science; my body stank. My weight was thirty-eight; I didn`t have one of the main veins of the heart, which beats because of the power of God. . All of my bones were caught by the cancer; I didn`t have a breast because of those surgeries; I asked God for mercy for Him to nourish and feed me. Even if not being able to physically eat, my heart got firmed and I felt satisfied with God`s Word”

Hozana, who found the Worldwide Church of God`s Power seven years ago on TV, laid her faith on God. “I kept having the blessed water, following the preaching and allowing it to come into my heart. My satisfaction became worshipping God with songs “Toque em mim” from the singerJuliana Santiago. God worked on my life and put an end to my pains. The doctors got surprised and indeed they recognized there is a God in my life for the glory of the Lord. Today, I step on Devil`s head and I feed myself with everything I want because God allowed me. Just the Lord is God.”
