“I was told among dead ones”

“I was twelve years old when I had a bleeding stroke (Cerebrovascular Accident), with eighty-seven per cent of chance of dying, according to doctors. In case of surviving, I would be quadriplegic or mad”, tells Larissa de Oliveira Barbino, 20, resident in Suzano, São Paulo. “When I was taken to the hospital, I was under seizure and the doctor thought I was drugged. They performed the exams and saw the brain bleeding. So, they took me to be operated on urgently. I was told among dead people”

While Larissa was being helped, she tells that her family sought God for her life. “My mother bent her knees at the hospital desperate and prayed for the bleeding to stop. She said she didn`t believe, but desperate she asked for Apostle`s God to help, and before being operated on, she told me, God had quit the bleeding, and it was not necessary to undergo a surgery. My grandfather came to the Worldwide City of God`s Dreams to ask for a prayer under my name, pick up oil to anoint me, pass in the hand imposition, so God performed the miracle on me”.

Three days later, Larissa recovered her consciousness. “I was breathing through breathing devices, fed through a tube, I couldn`t walk, without speaking, but I heard everything what the doctors said and asked for God to help. I started to cry out for God in thoughts and wanted to run away. I knew there was no cure for the stroke and it could have put an end to my life. I was conscious, and faithful God would perform the work as a whole and He did so. I was released walking, speaking, healed, and I don`t have any sequel from it for the glory of Jesus”.
