“When I came to the Worldwide Church of God`s Power for the first time, I was on a wheel chair, wearing diapers, alone, with no one with me”, tells Maria do Carmo de Jesus de Oliveira, 70, resident in Teresópolis, Rio de Janeiro. “I had a bleeding stroke which left sequels and everyone who knew me they saw me defeated. I got to know about this ministry through the doorman of the building where I live. He told me if I could get here, I would be healed and I relied on his faith. As I didn`t have anyone to come with me, I came by myself”.

Apostle Valdemiro Santiago hugged Maria on that day. “After the hug, I came back home feeling I was different and Jesus performed the miracle in my life. In short time, I was restored and I can say that my life is a miracle, a living testimonial”, declared on the altar, healthy. “This ministry is God`s and it`s in it I can find strength”.
