Your reward is not in this or that, make no mistake, your reward is with Him

“Voice of one crying in the desert: Prepare the way of the Lord; make straight in the wilderness a path to our God. The whole valley will be exalted, and the whole mountain and the whole hill will be cut down; and what is twisted will straighten out, and what is rough will flatten out. And the glory of the Lord will be revealed, and all flesh will see it together, for the mouth of the Lord has said so. A voice says: Cry; and someone said, What shall I cry out? All flesh is grass and all its beauty is like the flower of the field. The grass is dried, and the flower falls, blowing on it the Spirit of the Lord. In fact, the people are grass. The grass is dried up and the flower falls, but the word of our God remains forever. ” Isaiah 40: 3-8.

João Batista, who would come hundreds of years later and announce the one who would fix everything. There is no way out or perspective outside of Jesus. He is not wise, great or powerful. What you have, has been established by God: that all men may grow in Jesus Christ, be saved in Jesus Christ, receive the repair, the restoration, in Jesus Christ. There are a lot of people who are not concerned with getting along with God. Unfortunately, the people are not to blame for this. With the majority, I realize that it works, but some, I can't convince them that the success of their ministry is not in the campaigns they do, but in the word that remains forever that is placed in people's lives. It is no use talking well, talking well, being smart, having good ideas. You can even attract people and they'll leave later. They do such beautiful work, a beautiful thing to see, but what causes change is what you are reading. There is no point in giving the world to you and not causing change in your life.

Your reward is not in this or that, make no mistake, your reward is with Him. Reward is a prize, reward, solution to your problems. The sick person's reward is a cure, the unemployed person is a new job. Everything you and I need is in God's hands. May your day be richly blessed!
