In Philippians 4.4, it`s said for us to rejoice in the Lord, but there are moments when it`s really difficult because losses, frustrations, bad news, deceptions, betrayals, unfairness, they don`t allow us to be rejoiced. However, the Word of God is not Valdemiro`s or any other man, the order is straight from God.

Rejoicing is to celebrate victories, conquests, to deserve success and wellbeing you feel and receive. Apparently, many people don`t have a reason to rejoice themselves, like I didn`t have when I received this message from God. There are moments we need to cry; there are moments we suffer, so, God reminded me about how many times I thought everything was lost and He upheld me, looked after me the same way He does to you.

Having moderation is having balance, control over things. The key is the following verse: “Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.” Soon He will come back, and even if you have apparent reasons to cry and get desperate, even if you say you are alone, with no one looking at you or ready to hear your problems, your answer is this: The Lord is at hand. Wherever you are, in the kitchen, in the living room, in prison, at work, in the hospital, in the streets, The Lord is at hand God knows what dwells into your heart, but he waits for you to tell Him what you want. He bends to hear you say what you want from Him. Jesus was God in the shape of a man and prayed. He knew everyone`s thoughts, kept in touch with the Father, He was God even being like man. Even though He prayed to such an extent that His sweat became blood. And Jesus prayed for us, for those from His time, and for those who would believe in Him in the future. Before being born, there were blessings waiting for us. Today, in the gospel, you may remember about situations that took place before our salvation, before having Jesus, but Jesus already had you and left your victory ready, before your awareness. All of those deliverances are fruits from those prayers. God provides you with the right of desiring, but not for you to become anxious, concerned because if He said He would do it, He will. He never gives hope in vain. Prayer is not plea. Christians pray even not being in need of anything. They pray in the morning, in the afternoon, at night, on the other hand plea, we do when we need, when we want God to perform the impossible in our lives. Thanksgiving prayer is for us to thank for our lives, and that`s the most powerful prayer we have. Although it`s for us to pray, Jesus did differently, He used it when He should cry, mourn the loss. He was in the cemetery with His friend Lazarus dead. Perhaps we would cry, get desperate, but He prayed and thanked God for something that hadn`t happened yet. Jesus suggests that even if the case seems lost, we have to thank God before the miracle happening. If you thank God, He will never deny you anything. Jesus assures that God always heard Him, but He prayed to thank Him for something impossible in order to make everyone see and understand that. The reason for Jesus to pray out loud and thank everyone was the crowd. God doesn`t depend on anyone, what He wants to do, He does and He told me to tell you for you to rejoice yourself. Our petitions, our problems have to be known by God through prayers, pleas, and thanksgiving. In order to succeed in life, pray everyday, in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening. If you realize there`s no way out, thank God and celebrate it because He will provide you with your victory. The peace that protects man, God`s Peace, which exceeds all of lessons, is what will keep our mind in the name of Jesus. We are saved by God`s hands and we will always feel that in our lives. Only God`s peace may relax our heart.
