The Lord looks for people who have this base, who does good

"And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach good things "(Romans 10:15). Everything starts well, from those who promote good things.

A willing heart before God, to all them that say, Behold me. Join the brave that a church, a community, a people is born.

Every base can be polished, worked out, shaped, to be a better person. But our base is to have good will, to do good without waiting in return. When the Lord Jesus gathered the fishermen who were not even Christians, but noticed that they did the goodwill. And so the disciples of Jesus turned. "And when he was walking by the sea of Galilee, he saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew, casting nets into the sea, for they were fishers" (Matthew 4:18). They had the base. The Lord looks for people who have this base, who does good. It's no use being in the church and not having that basis. All people who seek to do good, are always available, have no attachment to material goods, always promote help to others. And this is how we should be, to promote helping others always. To be sent by God, we need to promote good for people, always be willing to help. And as soon as you do, you will be sent to preach the Word of the Lord. Always do good, that the Lord will always reward you in the best way. God bless you!
