Do not be fooled by these false prophets

“On the Mount of Olives Jesus was seated, when the disciples came to him privately, and asked him, Tell us when these things shall be done, and what shall be a sign of thy coming, and of the consummation of the age? And he said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many will come in my name, saying, I am the Christ, and will deceive many, ”Matthew 24: 3-5.

Are there people who use the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and have deceived many out?

Unfortunately there is this kind of person around you, wanting to deceive and using the Word of the Lord, shaming the gospel. But you need to be aware, watch what you hear from people. Many are being false prophets, and are not seeking to care for souls, but they are concerned with plucking one's livelihood, plucking happiness, money, and other bad things. This is a sign that the Lord Jesus is coming back. “And surely you will hear of wars and rumors of wars; Behold, be not afraid, for it must be so, but it is not yet the end. For nation will rise against nation, kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places; but all this is the beginning of sorrows. ”Matthew 24: 6-8. Don't be fooled by these false prophets, the world is ending, but don't let anyone use the name of the Lord Jesus to say things that contradict what's in the bible. “Then you will be afflicted, and they will kill you. You will be hated from all nations because of my name. At this time many will scandalize, betray and hate each other; many false prophets will rise up and deceive many, ”Matthew 24: 9-11. These false prophets are people who will not help you, will only deceive you. Who has no love for others. Choose to follow the right, people prepared and separated by the Lord Jesus, open your eyes and see if what the person is preaching is right with God's Word. The return of the Lord Jesus is near, so watch over all your choices, all your actions, intensify your prayers to keep these false prophets from your life. Focus only on God.
