“We have, however, this treasure in earthen vessels, so that the excellence of power may be from God and not from us” II Corinthians 4: 7.

Treasure is a very valuable thing, very important, because it is very expensive, so you don't see gold anywhere, but it is well kept in safes.

Paul, who was much closer to God than us, his power came only from God, that is, the power did not come from man, but from God. Any man who has power on this earth, he does not own that power, because it is given by God. The power of the head of state is of God, the power of the Shepherd is of God, just as Paul's was also. The clay treasure is the power of God. We are not made of iron, metal, gold, but we are precious to the Lord Jesus, even though we are fragile, weak, because if a treasure is well kept, a vase that is made of clay is also, because it is delicate, it is necessary to safeguard. Clay pot does not take much falling, and so are we, regardless of its level, remains a clay pot. So the bible says that when we are connected with Him we carry the power of the Lord Jesus, who is our greatest treasure. Our treasure comes from the Lord and we have immeasurable value for God, so it is necessary that we are always in God's ways so that we recognize the greatness of the Lord Jesus. Without God, we are even weaker. Always stay in God's ways! Have a blessed day!
