Healed from HIV by the Power of God

In1999, Hamilton Raimundo Pereira dos Santos, 62, resident in Virgem da Lapa, Minas Gerais, suffered the first impact caused by AIDS. “My wife worked in the segment of health and got the HIV due to the hospital job. I started to care of her and some time later she died because of this disease”, tells Hamilton.

Just this situation would have been hard, but Hamilton`s situation became worse. “In 2007, I found out that I also had HIV because of a syringe my wife used to be medicated with serum. Little by little my health condition was getting worse to a moment I had to be in bed. I thought I was just waiting for my death. According to the medical science there`s no healing for this disease, but to God there is. “

Hamilton met this ministry on TV. “I started watching the program of the Worldwide Church of God`s Power and in one of the programs bishop Pinheiro said Jesus was able to heal everything and lift those who were in bed passing away. I believed faithfully and prepared the glass of water close to the TV set to drink after every prayer. I did that until a moment I felt my strength back. I talked to my doctor to ask for other new exams”. After two sets of exams to assure his healing, Hamilton received the answer from the doctor, which he knew what the results were because of his faith. “The doctor came to me and told me: ‘I will give you a surprise’ and gave me the exams that testify the miracle performed by God, so I`m healed for the glory of God”.
